This campaign is organized by Pilot Garage Otomotiv A.Ş. and executed by Akro Tanıtım A.Ş. with the permission of the National Lottery Administration (Milli Piyango İdaresi), dated 08.10.2025 and numbered: E-58259698-255.01.02-79121.
- The campaign is valid between 20.10.2025 (Time: 00:01) – 20.12.2025 (Time: 23:59).
- During the campaign dates, in order to popularize Pilot Garage Otomotiv A.Ş. Appraisal Services across Turkey, individuals who have a vehicle appraisal process done at Pilot Garage Otomotiv A.Ş. branches will be given 1 draw right each to "the buyer and the seller" (1 draw right to the buyer, 1 draw right to the seller).
- The draw will take place on 26.12.2025 at 13:00 at Pilot Garage Otomotiv A.Ş. General Directorate Meeting Hall, Turgut Özal Mah. 99. Sk. No: 2/4 (E-5 Yan Yol Üzeri-Otoport Galericiler Yanı) Esenyurt/İSTANBUL.
- As a result of the draw, 1 unit of MINI COUNTRYMAN E Automobile, 2025 Model, valued at 2,453,876.00 TL, will be given as a prize.
- The draw results will be published on 31.12.2025 in the Birgün Newspaper and on the website www.kimkazandi.com. Winners will also be notified by registered mail.
- If the participant wins a prize and their address information is missing or unknown, the announcement made in the newspaper will be sufficient for notification.
- Those with any missing first name or last name information will not be granted a draw right.
- Individuals under the age of 18, employees of Pilot Garage Otomotiv AŞ., and employees of Pilot Garage Otomotiv AŞ. dealers (branches) cannot participate in the campaign; even if they participate and win, their prizes will not be given.
- Foreign nationals residing in Turkey must present a residence permit when collecting the prize.
- Legal liabilities other than VAT+SCT (ÖTV) included in the value of the goods and/or service subject to the prize are to be paid by the winners.
- These matters will be included in all announcements and printed materials related to the lottery.
- Prize winners; principal winners must apply to the e-mail address [email protected] and submit the required documents completely by 15.01.2026, and substitute winners by 30.01.2026. Winners who do not apply by these dates will not be able to receive their prizes.
- Objections to the lottery must be made to the National Lottery Administration within 15 days from the final prize collection date of 01.03.2026.
- Everyone participating in this lottery shall be deemed to have accepted these terms.
