How to Activate Roadside Assistance?
To activate this service, the vehicle must be transferred at the notary by the customer. After the vehicle transfer process, you should follow the steps below to activate the roadside assistance service. Policies not activated within 14 days will be invalid.
Steps to Activate Certificate
You can scan the QR code or enter the certificate code, license plate, ID number, and chassis number on the roadside assistance page of your inspection document to activate your roadside assistance service. After purchasing the vehicle, enter the system (yolyardim.pilotgarage.com). The certificate is valid for one year from the activation date. These services become active 24 hours after the certificate is activated and cover private vehicles, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles weighing no more than 3500 kg. The vehicle model must be 2000 or newer. The services are only valid in emergency situations and are applicable 25 km away from the customer's permanent residence. The certificate becomes invalid once the vehicle exceeds 300,000 km. This service is only valid if the vehicle owner is present.
For company vehicles, it is not necessary for the vehicle owner to be present. This certificate is not a traffic insurance or comprehensive insurance policy and cannot be sold for money. It is a gift from Pilot Garage Auto Expertise to its customers and is only valid if an inspection has been carried out. Certificates without an inspection report and wet stamp are invalid.
